People are always discussing what a great business man Elon Musk is but no one ever discusses how he's failed as a father and partner his entire life. He treats his employees as if they don't want to succeed at multiple things because he's never been able to succeed at those.

Those that remain as employees will be treated well. The rest are not employees.
