plant gays: my dumb cane's leaves are stunted/new leaves are growing in smaller... do we know why that would be?

Plants always suffer from less sunlight (both daylight hours and intensity) in the winter months and their leaves grow smaller. I think dumb canes thrive in bright environments, so as long as the leaves aren't wilted it's probably perfectly healthy!
