NSW Police hopes photo of tattoo will help identify Sydney Harbour Bridge crash driver

A man involved in a fiery crash on Sydney's Harbour Bridge on Monday wears a distinctive tattoo on his left hand and arm, which police hope will lead to a positive identification.
