Routinely asks for forgiveness rather than change his method of operation. Jones could start that change be declaring potential conflicts of interest before launching into his tirade of abuse. And ‘the powerful’ could resist by refusing to take his calls

Sorry Alan, you can't claim the high ground when you have used your position to denegrate a a woman simply because they did not agree to your self interested demands. If you were to follow the supposed broardcast standards you set for others you should lose your job!
