He's not sorry. He got his way, so now he's just trying to claw back any listenership who may have been bothered but who are stupid enough to believe him. Like the abusive spouse who buys a bunch of supermarket flowers to say sorry for the black eye.

He only apologised when called out. He knew very well what he said was wrong and inappropriate. Trouble is he does it s lot. His apologies are insincere. I can’t stand the bloke.
