Get real. You have to be on something quite seriously mind bending to blame weather or staff absences for the problems of Sydney transport.

Why does their even need to be someone to blame? Things happen. Management should have plans in place for when it does. These “reasons” they keep providing have nothing to do with management. Poor form.
