California has a new law, whereby arrested people are either jailed or released. There is no bail. Suspect is either considered a danger or is not.

It makes you wonder exactly how much criminality these types of apps are facilitating if children are able to access them easily. If they can't limit account access to over 18s or whatever age is appropriate per jurisdiction then they should be banned, have their servers blocked.
