The unlicensed driver should be charged with 4 accounts of murder. Jail for life never to be released. This is so tragic.

Appalling that Richard Moananu had such little sense of responsibility. One thing to place your own life in danger, another to do it to someone else. He will deserve whatever he gets when sentenced, and more.
