Drunk man on Hobart flight who vaped and grabbed fellow passenger fined $4,000

A Queensland passenger on a Jetstar plane to Hobart who had drunk so much he had "no recollection of even boarding the flight" is fined for offensive and disorderly conduct, but avoids a conviction.
