@WeWork this is awful working conditions. One of the cleaning staff fell down 3 floors due to an accident, and it’s been 10 minutes. There’s not even a paramedic attending to that person and everyone’s running in circles. This is unacceptable.

This is at the wework in Bogota tagged here. On the 13th floor. It’s been 20 mins now and there’s no paramedic or an ambulance. This is not right. How can you not have atleast one paramedic in a 16 floor building!! @marceloclaure @kirthigareddy @SoftBank @WeWork

This is borderline criminal negligence. It needs to be investigated and people need to be held accountable.

They just took her on a stretcher. But 1.) can you make sure she gets the best medical care, 2.) she/her family gets support, 3.) there's an investigation (I'm available to go on-record), and 4.) that there is a better SOP for accidents. I want to formally lodge a complaint.

We are deeply sorry for this incident. Our team executed all health and safety protocols as soon as we were informed of the accident. We are accompanying the victim, who is currently receiving all necessary medical assistance in the hospital, and her family.

Thank you for doing that. I hope she has a speedy recovery. But it's still unacceptable that a building with thousands of people working doesn't have a paramedic available. Especially when there are staff doing cleaning, etc., and when the ambulances take time to get there.
