Without diversity hiring there would be a good chance that minorities don't get anything. If you don't get into a university that's on you for not trying hard enough. White people in the west and especially in America are not systematically oppressed and never will be.

Without diversity hiring, people wouldn't get rejected from university because they're black, they get rejected because they don't have the grades and experience universities are looking for.
