We tried that in 1974; it didn't go well. Current law lets states (e.g. AZ, HI) use permanent Standard Time, which is safer and healthier: jcsm.aasm.org/doi/10.5664/jc…

That's correct, it's a toy manufacturer from *1960* that was asking for $10,000 to produce this WITH Capcom. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY Decades-Old Multinational Corporation Capcom cannot afford TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS to make an officially licensed Mega Man toy.
