Without diversity hiring there would be a good chance that minorities don't get anything. If you don't get into a university that's on you for not trying hard enough. White people in the west and especially in America are not systematically oppressed and never will be.

I'm sure many black people would get rejected from universities based on their race. You clearly have no idea how prominent racism still is today.
