Americans For Tax Reform (oddly named group since they only keep the same system) is bashing #FAIRtax with its chief dogwasher @GroverNorquist and I am suggesting a debate. @Talkmaster @GovMikeHuckabee or Steve Hayes President. Lets DEMAND it.
A few thoughts on the “Fair Tax”/national sales tax to “replace” the income tax.
If you are 65 + No income tax! But you are retired.
AND; now your life savings is worth 30% less as everything you buy has 30% sales tax.
The Fair TAx is an assault on your retirement savings.
