From my experience the most successful referendums are based around one key issue like Recognition of First Nations people in the Constitution - the Voice to Parliament can be established with another referendum at the next election

Why should 26 million Australians bow to the 434,000 indigenous Australians? Whatever happened to we are one but we are many concepts of Indigenous, British, and Immigrant culture?
