I understand that picture makes a lot of people anxious given his appearance changing so much, but I still can't help but feel awful that people are being so mean to someone who probably already feels down about it...there's something so wrong about shaming someone like this tbh

Tbh what makes me sad is how people will project their insecurities online onto others and in doing so will essentially say something like: "I don't ever wanna be as disgusting as this" when referring to an actual person, it's really awful...
